Hi. I have a gold 3in comet who has escaped death twice. (Jumping out of the tank) The 2nd time he jumped out of the tank, he was out longer than the first time. I saw him breathing and quickly put him back in the tank. Which he managed to stay alive. But now he seems to be being bullied by the other fish. 2 Koi and 2 Ryuukin 1 white 3in Comet. This gold comet USED to be the bully among the fish but now that he's weak the fish seem to be bullying back. His whole right side seems to be tattered along with his tail. I removed the gold comet from my 80 gallon and put him by himself in a filtered 10gallon. Is there any sort of liquid solution to help his tattered parts heal faster?

It's quite common for the fins to die like this after the fish has spent some time outside of the water as the tissue on them dries. He will probably look like this for the rest of his life. This condition itself doesn't require treatment. For about how long was he out of the tank?

His eyes really, really don't look healthy... are they as gray allover as they look on this photo?
I would also be quite happy if you could tell me a bit more about how he behaves... is he eating? How are his gills moving? And can he swim without problems or is he rather still in a similar position as on the photo?

But with the info I have now, I'd say that it could be good treating him with some antibiotics to keep him from getting any bacterial infections. For example Melafix might help, I've seen it being recommended around this forum and it might just do the trick! (: (I'm not very familiar with American medicines myself since I live in Europe.) It's some sort of all-purpose antibiotics, just read the directions on the bottle!

That poor fish.. How'd he jump out of the water? Do you have a cover on the tank you were keeping him in? He doesn't look healthy/... But do as Mindemae said and give him some melafix, and as Nossie suggested, tell us a little more on how he's behaving..
