goldfish looking bloated

One of my goldfish looks bloated and has lumps on it's sides. They are not open or red. It is still swimming and eating a little. I am not sure what to do.
We have had these goldfish since last Thanksgiving. They had Ick shortly after I got them. I treated them and they have seemed fine since. The other 3 fish in the tank look ok so I have taken the one fish out.
I have searched the internet but I haven't found out what is wrong with this fish. Can you help me?
Thanks

Hi Turner11,
Lumpy goldfish may be a sign of overfeeding or diet issues. Goldfish need extremely good water conditions and a good diet to thrive. If you want your fish to thrive, make sure that the you have optimum water conditions and you are feeding your fish on a "slimfast" diet.

I have sucessfully saved an overfed fish by not feeding for 2 days, then feeding a skinned, thawed frozen pea to get things moving (less than a whole one per feeding for a tiny fantail) on day 4 start feeding sparingly with frozen brine shrimp from your pet store if you can get any. I wish you well, Hang in there, little fish!
Also, make sure your water quality is perfect- he's already vulnerable now.

How can you tell if your goldfish is pregnant?
