An incredible transformation

I have a 50 gallon tank with 4 fish. 1 fantail, and 3 common goldfish. Well i started out with only 3 until my sister came home from a church gathering and she gave me this little tiny bag that she won in a game with 1 inch of water in it and it contained this little grey goldfish. She asked me if she could but him in with my goldfish and i said yes (especially considering the condition they had this poor little guy in in this ziplock baggy!) I told my sister that i didnt think he would live very long cause most fish don't that you win at games and ones that live in ziplock baggies! After 4 months of being with my other fish little peewee (thats what we named him) is getting big plus he completely turned orange! It was amazing! Week by week he started to turn more and more orange and now he is fully orange and is as happy as a fish can be! He's healthy and plays with all the other fish even though he's the smallest! I will upload a pic very very soon! We now call him our little miracle fish! Who would have thought that a fish would survive coming from a zip lock baggie with 1 inch of water from a church game!!!!

It's just amazing how hardy goldfish can be sometimes. They have endured a lot of abuse over the years and somehow have managed to pull through many unlikely situations. I have heard of grey goldfish changing their colors as well.

No problem, if you ask me. Everything that counts is where the fish is put
after
the zip lock bag
Was this one of the common or the fantail?
It's wonderful that you could take care of him/her...
