please can someone help with some advise

hi

I have 1 goldfish in a tank of 6 and 2 suckies as the family call them They have all swam happily for over 1 year, now 1 has got very fat, it's eyes are bulging and it's scales are starting to look different. At first we thought eggs maybe on the way but with her eyes popping out we are now not sure. Water is brill but she seems to be gasping all the time. Can anyone help me with an answer? PLEASE

does is sort of look like a pinecone? bulgy eyes and protruding scales probably means its got a bloat problem.
