More pics need help with a name for new oranda

The first two pics are the oranda, I can not for the life of me figure out a name. I have came up with a name very quickly for the rest of my babies, but just stumped (we all are). He is very pretty, I hope he stays the black & orange, he is doing very well, with Zeebie, & Tiger Stripes, he is the little Calico Fantail, just cute!! So give me some names that you think would fit him. Thanks for the help.HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

He is so cute, my Hazel looked just like that before she grew up. Nossie once told me that the coloration is considered "chocolate".  Do you have any ideas at all? I like theme names (obviously, as all mine are tree-names) and of yours my favorite name is Starburst so....I'd suggest a cosmic name...Nova, Nebula...Vega? Or a planet name? Good luck, they are all just precious.

But I like the cosmic names most actually.. Smiley Andromeda could be cute? But it looks like a more masculine name (like Jupiter?) would fit this one better Smiley

I hope the black will stay, it's really pretty!

Maybe a constellation name like Scorpious, Caelum, Draco or Leo. I like Andromeda if you think it's a girl.

Wow all great names!!! Now I have a choice to make, I like them all!! As soon as we decide we will let everyone know. Nossie, you think the black will fade? or the orange? I really like the pattern he has now, but have been told he will more than likely fade one color or the other. I think its a male cause he is messing with Zeebie, kind of bulling or pushy really.

Oh I forgot to say the shubunkins name is Willy cause I freed him for Wal Mart he had fine rot, & has recovered very well.

He has pretty much of black on him, much more than I have seen on an oranda on the forum before, however another user has an oranda called Tiger, who had similar, but smaller, markings and he turned all red after a year or more.

But it's really hard to tell, let's just keep them fingers crossed for the black to stick Wink Is he from a breeder or did you get him at the pet shop? Smiley

Well we named him Bumbles, he does kind of look like a bumblebee. He is really pretty, I will have to watch closely, to see if any color fades. Thanks everyone for your help all great names!!

Too late, but I would have suggested Terry for the Chocolate Orange, considering the colouring. I love Bumbles though, cute name! Reminds me of our chocolate Oranda Boo, Rip Sad
