Maybe you should skip on the "daily warm water changes" you don't want to stress your fish, you know Undecided
You should really just test the water and leave her alone. Do you have all the medication in the jar as usual?

Ok Nossie, I'll just make sure she isn't stressed. I keep the room she is in dark most of the time, and I read somewhere that keeping bubble wrap under the tank will help with insulation? not sure? but I did that and I'm on my way to add todays meds

It might? Wrapping it in some materials that will keep the water warm is a pretty good substitute for a heater Smiley
Newspaper works the same way!
