I was about to point out why a 20 gallon wouldn't support 3 fish, but then you introduced the great idea of a 60 gallon Cheesy Go for it! Cheesy

Could you ask for it for Christmas? I know that would be a big ask but if they were considering it before well they might consider it for christmas.

Now I'm wondering why they brought it up in the first place, if it wasn't really an option... why don't you try talking to both of them yourself, and explaining why it would be better with a bigger tank for your fish? Smiley

I could try that - or I could move half of them into the 29 gallon, but that's already stocked with tropical community fish.  Undecided They goldies look pretty ok to me though, so I guess I'll just have to wait it out and see. If they're still alive (hopefully) when I get older, I'll be able to get them a huge tank for themselves!

Well now it's 5 fishies in a 20 gallon.  Undecided I'm going to have to either give up two (SAD) or just wait it out a little.
