What kind of fish are you keeping this Moor with?
As you may know, moors don't see too well as their eyes have been quite modified through breeding. With the result that it's usually harder for a moor to find food and to socialize with the other fish.
That's why it's important to keep it with slower varieties of goldfish, to make sure that the moor keeps up!

I have one as well, but I keep him with other fancy varieties of fish, and they're working fine together
