Barbarossas new home and new company

Hey and Hello to everybody,

I like to introduce Barbarossa in his new home after he was moved out from Yoyo, nipping on those beautiful fins.

You will notice that his beautiful tail needs to recover a lot and it will be weeks until it will show his original beauty with red edges.

But for us it is most important that he is alive, we could save him after that morning drama, he eats and swims around, the tree is his castle and he's the King. lol  Grin And he's so beautiful with his new friends, Panda and Pamela... need 6 more names for the Rasboras  Grin

Thanks Minde, if we would live in a bigger place, we'd have more tanks, lol...MTS... with few more bettas. Love them too.
Hubby sais, " How's my Barbie going, my beautiful boy" LOL. Barbarossa aparently loves it and always comes cheer leading to the front haha.

Yes, I hope the red edges will grow back... must be patient...

I see that those edges are missing, yes... I wonder if they'll grow out. Maybe he just needs some more time to recover Smiley
What tank is this now? You have another tropical tank with the neons, and a third with the live bearers, right? Smiley

He is a beauty and I've never seen one that colour either. Are you treating him with melafix? Or did you? I can't remember but I'm sure you did.

How big is this tank? I love those little Rasboras.

this is the 20l tank we got from our neighbours, we first wanted it for a Quarantine tank, but when this happened to Barbie, we decided to have it running for him.
Those tiny Rasboras are cute, so the panda corys, they don't grow big either.
Yes I did treat with BetaFix. I think this was the thing to get him over.

Aparently the red edges will grow back, but it will take weeks. We spoil our boy with Betta pellets, Bloodworms, Blackworms, Betta flakes.  Smiley
