Hi, Good Morning everybody,
Mindemae, a stubbie is a smaller glass of beer, just goes so well with pumpkin scones because they are not sweet, more neutral
but a cup of tea is delicious too, I love black tea with a shot of milk in it and a couple of scotch fingers, YUMMM, especially now during cool winter nights and snuggled up in a warm fleece blanket.
Tried banana today
Humphrey spat it out and Hepsiba ate it after few attempts with a looooooong face.

Have seen a 70 l tank at Sam's yesterday for $ 129 with filter, light and a few more accessories....
Had the dream tonight that we put it up for Hump and Hep, also they had babies, but "ready made ones" about 1,5 cm small swimming with them in the tank, LOL..... think I got the syndrome too, LOL

Hmm.....now I know what a Stubbie is but wondering why you would want that when you could open a bottle or can of beer and drink the whole thing? LOL Seems like such a waste.
Aquarian kits can save you lots of $$$. I have bought a couple too.
The only thing is that you might want to upgrade the filter since they usually are not enough for the tank they come with.

lol, yes, a can fills the glass... I am not a good "can-drinker"
hahhaha the hole in the can is to small
Yeah first will need to convince my hubby, also must find a good place, as the kitchen bench top sure won't support a 70 l tank. Would need a cupboard for it or a strong shelf or sth like it

I don't like drinking beer (or anything else for that matter) out of a can either, it's always spreading around on the top of the can and then you have to slurp that off and.. it just disturbs the experience c:
Hanna: Hey, why not?
When I decided to get the 317 liter, my fiance was all "Isn't it a bit early?", but I just said that "I have four goldfish already o_O I won't stop now! And it's always good with some extra space c:" and all of a sudden, the next times we spoke about it, he agreed and thought that it's better to invest in something bigger now than to start getting many small ones!
Besides, I got a shitload of money during my graduation party on Saturday
Now I can easily afford my tank! YAY!
One more thing, I just started to realize how beautiful it actually looks when goldfish share a bigger tank, they somehow look like they enjoy swimming about more! (: I support your decision!!
'Bout them bananas, maybe it's not really their thing
They do get watermelon after all
I'll be looking for some good quarantine tanks later I think so I could keep something pretty in my orb c: Like guppies or something, I like it too much to just let it stand and contain ONE sick goldfish every once in a while! xD

Nossie, hubby and me discussed the tank matter, we decided to save up for a BIIIG one. Seen an AquaOne 940 or so, LOL and then we'd like to get a few more Humpsis and Hepsis, LOL
. This Auqa One is complete with stand with doors where we could keep all the fish stuff in. Shape is the same like ours but about 20 times bigger. Geez I get excited but need to be be patient for a while.

Hanna: That's huge! How great! (: And how lovely it'd be full of comets and beautiful plants...wow, now I got excited about it too! (: How is the price on it?
I noticed that they don't have any tanks that are bigger than 317 liters available for order around here, but I don't think I could fit anything bigger in my home
But who knows what'll happen in about 10 years?
We were joking about a pond with a few little koi, but I still need to learn some stuff about them ponds before I'll start thinking about it for real... c:
Kat: Well, goldfish are omnivores, so they eat meat too
And if you saw the 10 food facts about goldfish, you'd also notice that they don't really care xD Tell me how it goes with the banana!

A tank this size is about AU$ 1.300,00 . I attached a pic of it, it also comes with a dark stand which will match our furniture. I think it holds about 850 l. But according to the price it has to wait a little, as car registration is coming up too
Feeding banana and apple wasn't the hit, but they behaved like maniacs when I gave watermelon.
Well Nossie, in 10 years you may be a happy lovely mum, having a beautiful family and home, cosy garden with a pond...

I got bit by a spider as I was walking across the lawn carrying a bag of grocerys and the **** thing jumped up and bit me on my arm and my whole arm swelled up and I had to go to the doctors and was on medication for a whole week.
Grrr..I'm going spider hunting.
Hanna too funny I'm laughing so hard...can't imagine someone getting bit on the ass!!
Use the meat cleaver on those spiders of yours and feed them to the fish I say!!

When I see a spider, I find the biggest, heaviest SOMETHING to throw, yes throw, on it. Like a book. and then I proceed to step and jump on the book (or other large something) to make sure that its dead. and if its already dead, then Ill make it deadder.
its really fun when you roll over them with your bike.
