Fishy activity

Hey I haven't been on for a while so I thought I would update everyone on my fishy family. All the platy's are fine and growing well, as are the snails. Merle recently had red streak and fin rot but we did a water change and added some melafix and he seems to be much better, the red streak has gone and his fins are healing nicely. I am also in the process of trying to re-home Flash and Merle to a pond and I am going to keep my platy's, depending on the male to female ratio.

I don't know yet which pond yet. I am trying to find someone with a pond to adopt them and look after them. The only person I know with a pond is my nanna and it is too much to ask of her.

Have you considered asking at the South Wales Fish Rescue? They might know someone in your area

That's understandable, I would do the same! It's like finding school for a child
Good luck with the re-homing hun, I can imagine that took a while to decide upon, let us know how it goes =)
What will you have in the 180L tank once they've gone?

I am gonna put most of my platy's in there, although my male and one or two babies will be in the 60L until the babies are sexed. When they have sexed I am gonna see how many I have of each re-home some if I need to and maybe get some more small fish to go in with them.
