Is the fin torn... by that small white spot there?
I'll keep it simple:
- TEST PH, AMMONIA, NITRITE AND NITRATE
- If all is well, leave the fish alone.
- If Ammonia or nitrite are above 0ppm and the nitrate above 40ppm, you should change around 50% of the water
This tear is so ridiculously small, that your fish's going to heal from it all on it's own. Just be sure to keep good water quality at all times, that's very easy to do. Test the water before every weekly water change and change nothing less than half of it, and you should be able to avoid any disease. Provided that your fish has enough space and filtration.

It will be gone within two days
And yes, change more. 25% won't matter the slightest. I mentioned earlier, 50% or more. When it comes to water changes, the more the better!
But don't try to ignore the point about testing the water. I wrote that in caps for a reason! If the water quality will be off, it's harder for your fish to heal. I say again:
Test ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH
. Do it always when any of your fish are acting strange. Usually a big water change does the trick.

Maybe. You should test your water and then you would actually know
We can't stress that more so please do it!!

They should have some in the pet shop
Or you could see on the internet! If I remember right, some people here are using Aqua One tests or something? I have a Tetra test for ammonia, and the rest are by Sera, both are really fine, but I don't know if they sell the Sera brand outside of Europe d: Otherwise there are a load of different brands! Just make sure that they are liquids that you drop into the water to be tested, because them paper strip tests are usually rather inaccurate.
