Personally i would pick the Marineland 280 over the Eheim 200. The Marineland is rated at 280 gallons per hour , whereas the Liberty 200 is rated only for 200 gallons per hour. The extra filtration capacity of the Marineland filter will allow you the flexibility to add more fish in the future. Plus i think  the the bio wheel will do a better job of reducing the ammonia level produced by the fish's wastes and foods  than the bio foam of the Eheim.  The Eheim 200 is good for only a tank up to 50 gallon, which i don't think is adequate for the size of your tank.  Remember goldfish can produce a lot of wastes so they need all the filtration they can get.
