I have just found my very first baby apple snail. Must have been there a week or so judging by its size. I can only see the one but it's there. I'm so excited.

Yeah but I couldn't remember when she had laid them and I thought they were infertile. When I opened them there was some dead snails in there that hadn't managed to get out and they were the only ones with snails in. This one is much bigger than they were he obviously got manage to get out when the others couldn't!

I found 2 that hatched out of an egg sack. I did find lots more in another egg sack that are doing well. 17 have survived altogether from that egg sack and the other two are growing wonderfully. One is rather big now. I will post pictures when I get a chance. I have been very busy re-homing my sucking loach, looking after my fish and other animals aswel as general everyday life so I'm sorry I haven't put any up yet.
