From Tank to Pond

I have had my 3 Gold Fish for 10 years and kept them in a tank.
Would it be ok to put them in a Pond

It depends on what type of goldfish they are and the temperature range in the pond throughout the year.  Comet and common goldfish will usually do very well in a pond, as long it doesn't completely freeze over during the winter, but the more fancy varieties such as ranchus and bubble-eye will not survive in a pond if the temperature become very cold.
