Help needed if possible

I have a 2 year old shubunkin that has been causing me some amount of concern. He's mainly silver/blue with red gills & has a tail like a fancy goldfish.
A few months ago I noticed white spots on him & began treating him for Ick, believing this would cure him. After a month or so I noticed that the spots on his gills weren't shifting despite the medication and then found an article that said these spots weren't Ick but breeding tubercles.
During the time I was treating him for Ick, he developed red blood streaks down his tail. I assumed this was tail rot however the tail doesn't look frayed or dissolved at the end. I stopped the white spot treatment, changed the water and bought fin & tail rot treatment which I added to his tank on Sunday. I also added an anti ammonia water cleanser.
From Sunday to Monday he pooped a lot and his stomach, which had a slightly downward curve but wasn't bulging at the sides, is now curving slightly upwards. I was worried about internal parasites & bacterial infections but read that it could have just been constipation.
Now I'm getting really worried though cos I've noticed that his body looks like it has been sprinkled with pepper and dark patches are spreading down his tail & fins. Last night I also noticed that a small area of black specks had appeared on his gill however this morning it looked as though it had moved/reduced! Last night he also had a long clear stringy poo that had a few white bits in it & has lost his appetite.
Can anyone help? Sorry for the very long first post!
