It SOUNDS like breeding. are they nipping or just sort of bouncing up against the oranda's rear?

If this just started recently then I would guess it's just normal spawning behavoir.
If you are concerned then you could take the oranda out.
Probably in a day or so after she expelles her eggs, things should calm down.
As long as there is no fin nipping, which seldom occurs I wouldn't worry too much!

Anne,
Now that you removed her, there will be no baby fish since goldfish breed externally. In other words there has to be a male present for the eggs to be fertilized when they are expelled from the females body. Unfertilized eggs will just die or be eaten by the other fish. I think you might have broken up the spawning dance so no need to worry about eggs being fertilized now!

Anne, sounds like spawning behaviour to me, and when the others "only" bump into her rear and not nibbling on fins, etc, all should be fine.
If you want to have babies you should leave her there with the other fishies, because as Mindemae said, she will lay eggs and the male will milt over them in this case
Then you will need to look after the fry.

Well, like Mindemae said, since Anne has already taken the female out of the tank, the males will have no eggs to fertilize adn as such, will only stay as eggs. in which case they will probably weither be sucked up from the gravel cleaner or the female will eat them.
