Oranda agression

i have a red cap oranda medium size and when it's feeding time in the morning he kisses/nips at the baby oranda is this normal or is it because he is apig. His  name is bubba

Depends on the size of your tank. And if the baby oranda is pretty new, it could be that your bigger fish wants to show who's the boss! If the tank is too small though, it makes most goldfish a bit territorial, so if you have anything smaller than a 20-30 gallon, get something bigger. You have orandas after all, and these grow huge!
