GOLDFISH IN PAINTINGS AND ART

 While not accepting that a goldfish can live in a bowl happily, I can however appreciate the beautiful paintings of goldfish depicted here.  My sister is buying me a John Wainwright painting for xmas this year with the camelias and Goldfish in the bowl.   Smiley

Minde these are gorgeous! I have been looking for artists who painted goldfish and always been a fan of Matisse but had no idea Klimt had a painting with them Cheesy thank you for sharing this fantastic link! Hey speaking of goldfish art hope you dont mind me jumping in on your thread mindemae but thought you might appreciate the beauty of this beautiful piece of glass art done by this guy i met on goldfishkeepers. i fell in love with his work. he is a glass artist and does all kinds of glass sculputures and he is going to let me know when he makes more goldfish hopefully i can afford one when he does. hope you all enjoy seeing it as much as i.
