Opinion on Nutrafin goldfish flakes

Ok, i've been using Nutrafin flakes for about a year and my goldfish seem to love it. What does everybody think about the quality of this brand. My goldfish are healthy and alert so i guess it's ok.
I've also heard good things about Hikari goldfish food , so i'm thinking of switching to that brand.
Any thoughts on this?
thanks

Nutrafin is a good brand, although it doesn't hurt to add a little variety to your fish's diet. Personally i use Hikari, but all the major brands are fine. Generally speaking, when you're looking at the ingredients on the label - real proteins and shrimp meal that is derived from animal sources is often better than the junk byproducts that come from grain mills.

Nutrafin is a good brand for goldfish food. i use Tetra, because that happens to be what is available to me.
goldfish are not picky eaters, but their food should have less than 20-25% protein in it for the best health of your fish
adding soft vegetables is another good idea because those have larger amounts of minerals and nutrients that are found in smaller quantities with mainstream commercial foods.

Two of the best foods for them is Ocean Nutrition and the Omega Goldfish food
