Goldfish Tanks

Can i use copper pipe in a fish tank. Will the leaching of copper mineral be dangerous to the fish.

A copper pipe? What is it for?

If I was you, I wouldn't take the risk unless it's absolutely necessary! I only know that marine fish and invertebrates are very sensitive to copper, but I'm really not sure about goldfish. Still though, avoid it if you can.

NO.

Copper is dangerous for fish. Our water conditioner here removes copper and heavy metals, etc from the tap water.

But why a copper pipe?
