What I need from you, my fellow favorite fishy friends, is pictures and information, tips and tricks, the like. I'll compile a document regarding basic goldfish care, and post it up on the forum.

What a fun idea

I've kept a journal of all the fish problems and abnormal symptoms I've encountered. What works, what hasn't, and so on. I've found it helpful...perhaps you could try something like that in your guide   

I've heard about keeping a journal about when you do water changes, the results of water tests... but frankly, I'm too lazy, and I'd most likely forget to write it down 70% of the time d: So it would probably not be very helpful. However, I do keep it in my calendar so I'll remember when to do water changes

This sounds like a really great idea! I've kept a journal almost every day since joining this forum. However I let a few days go by recenlty since my gung ho start and I've got little notes on the calendar or bits of paper floating around my desk with various stats on water tests and changes. The info contained in the day to day posts on here is incredible as a reference too. All the best Katarine
