Help Needed Asap

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here & also I need some help from everyone.
My goldfish are having White Spot on the body & Melting/Rot tail at the same time. Which treatment should I deal with 1st? Or can I treat them together?

get rid of the Ich; the fin rot is probably a water quality issue

Yeh I agree with scrivens treat the ich first the fin problem may be down to that aswell, as they tend to rub against things to get rid of the spots they may have torn the fins whilst doing that! Do you know what your water peramiters are?
