If you wanted to go anywhere, where would it be?

Perhaps a little fish oasis in the middle of nowhere? XD hahaha I think itd be fun to go somewhere tropical and have a bunch of aquariums everywhere!!!

Well, I was thinking just the other day that visiting Shedd's Aquarium in Chicago would be fun to do again!
And I was also contemplating a visit to Niagra Falls.
I don't know a tropical island would be very beautiful but probably very expensive to visit what with the price of flight tickets and all.  Probably would have to be somewhere I can drive to. Grin

Niagra Falls is beautiful, been there in 1995. You'll get wet, wet, wet, lol

I'd love to go to UNDERWATER WORLD again here in Mooloolaba, it is only 10 min with the car, lol... but always so crowded.
They do have a tank where you can pat fish, sea stars, cucumbers. Also a big tank where you can dive with sharks. Cost about $100 for 15 min with the sharks... I said to my hubby, they should pay me to go in there if ever, but not me to pay them  Tongue

Another lovely aquarium is in Teneriffe and Monaco/Monte Carlo

Are you kidding me!! Swim with sharks!!  and me pay!! uh uh no way!!!! Sheesh!  I've heard of swimming with the dolphins but not sharks!  What kinda of sharks are these anyways?Huh Huh

No, I'm not kidding. Don't know what kinda sharks they are, fairly big, but sure not the big giant white one.

and Niagra falls is very very pretty. Summer time is when its most crowded... Someone once went off it in a barrel XD silly silly Canadians... XDXD

There is a place in the Caymen Islands called Stingray City.  It's a sandbar where wild stingrays come and hang out to be fed.  You can wade around or snorkel and pet them.  They come right up to you and might even suck on your legs!  It's all tropical and beautiful, a nice place to visit.

Simple answer for me is New York City Smiley I'd say the Great Barrier Reef to keep it fish related but I'm not a very good swimmer Tongue

Well, I want to stay just where I am! Cheesy I hate warm places xD I went to Poland once in summer (and once in winter + spring) and I was so close to simply croaking in the heat. It was about 30-35 degrees Celsius, or more, and I HATE heat xD
But I wouldn't mind visiting an aquarium in Tampere where I went as an 11 year-old! Cheesy They had those stone fish, and I was so fascinated by all the marine tanks there (: Would be awesome to see it again!

Well I watched this show on animal planet last night about the ocean and these fish were still eating off this whale after 18 months!!! So must be some nutrients in dead flesh/skin...Smiley

@ Nossie: Yeah, they do!  They give you bits of fish to feed them, and if you get some on your legs and they smell it, they will try and "eat" the fish off your legs.  Since they eat via sucking up bits from the sand, their mouths are like giant suction cups.  They call the mark left a "stingray hicky".
