Water will become cloudy as your tank goes through the first stages of the nitrogen cycle.  Ammonia this time will probably spike as new good bacteria are looking for a home in your tank....hence the cloudiness appearance.  after the bacteria multiply enough to "eat" the ammonia they will then produce nitrites----->which will eventually turn into nitrates.
ammonia and nitrites in an established tank should always read zero on your tests.  Both are harmful to some degree.  Nitrates 40 ppm and below are not harmful at all. 
In other words your tank is still in the first stages of cycling.  In a few days to a few weeks after the tank is completely cycled, the cloudiness will disappear.

Just keep doing water tests and if the ammonia is high or the nitrites then do water changes as necessary.
Adding a beneficial bacteria right to your filter media will also help the tank to cycle quicker.  I use Stresszyme by API.

A tank needs to cycle before adding fish, otherwise the fish are stressed.
Also it would be easier to add one fish at the time, because the filter is not established yet and cannot coap with the bioload of 3 fish at once because the beneficial bacteria are not settled in such a short period of time.

To help with this there is a fantastic product available it is called STABILITY and it helps to avoid "new tank syndrome" It is beneficial bacteria and should be added  according to bottle instructions.

You could also look for a product by Easy Life called "fluid filter media". It helps the fish recover from small infections as well as prevent them It's an awesome thing in a bottle!
And it was really cheap and lasts long! I bought a big bottle for... maybe 17€, and I've had it ever since I set up the big tank of mine, I'm using at least 30ml per week!
