Hello again all,
I again am in confusion pertaining to my black Moore. Okay, when he was a little guy I bought, which I regret, a decoration for the tank. Unfortunately he got stuck in it, and I absolutely panicked. My friend who was over at the time "helped" by pulling him out. Now if I could do it again I might have tried breaking the crappy thing around him, but who knows how that would have gone........Anyway the result of this was slight damage to his gill and other another problem. Anytime he eats more than he should I find him completely upside down. He tries to swim down but he keeps floating back up to the top & upside down. I then set-up the "hospital" tank to alleviate the pressure and within 3-6 hours he is acting fine, and searching for food

. Lately though I have noticed his gill looks even more swollen and is protruding slightly more than usual. I have been doing regular water checks and the water is great and the other fish seem fine. I've been giving a variety of food, including peas,. Does anyone know if there is any kind of medicine I can give him to help?
Thanks
