What do the two on the right do Hanna? I have stability and love it, I'll probably get Prime once my current water conditioner runs out.

Purigen and Macropore are much the same product, only different names. They ARE filter media, also absorb Ammonia. They are rechargeable but it is a bit a mess....
It looks like micropearls, they must be kept in a bag and then placed into the filter. The normal colour is a creamy one, they need to be changed when they turn brown. Then they have to be put in bleach and water 1:1 for 24 hours and after this thoroughly rinsed and put into water with conditioner. To be certain that they can be re used it is a must to test for chlorine.

Andrea, as you live here in Aussie you might want to check on Super Chlor ? It is said that it is a tad better than Prime, especially manufactured for Australian water supplies from the dams, etc... as it also removes hydrated lime. I think I send you Grahams website about this one.

But Prime is excellent too.

April, you got the confirmation that Graham is able to ship international ?  Wow, this is great. Keep us updated Wink

So is that what you use as filter media? They sound pretty good! I can't remember you mentioning super chlor and I only remember seeing Prime at the shop. Is it by Seachem too?

Yes Nossie Graham is a good friend of ours in the meantime Wink Met him at the Aquaholics Meeting a few months ago.... all fish nerds, lol

Super Chlor is developed by Graham, generally you won't find it in shops yet , maybe in some he already has a contract with. But for now it is available online. It is a water conditioner.

Purigen and Macropore are filter media.

Yes Hanna, he confirmed it went out in the mail beginning last week. Very excited to try this product and share results. Graham said he can ship international with smaller items that can go in the mail box so far so this is good to know if anyone else wishes to try his products who live in other parts of the world.
