Its right near my house, so if it doesn't go for too much I am definitely going to buy it (if my parents let me that is lol) Smiley
Though I won't be able to use it for a while though because where I have to put it in the house is getting renovated atm Sad

This is massive oh I do hope you can buy it Cheesy Is there no light fixture in the hood of the tank? It's awesome either way! My brother had a 6 footer and man when it was set up (a coral reef) it was so beautiful! Good luck!

Nah there is no light in the hood. So I would have to buy one which would probably cost around $160. So if the tank stays in my price range I will definitely be buying it Smiley

Main thing that you can get the tank. According to the light, sometimes petstores got some 2nd hand ones to start with.
We bought our first 3 ft light as a 2nd hand one from " Best Friends" for AU$ 50.

I've got my eyes on a very, very cheap 500L myself... Wink (for Oscars) I may need something like a 200+L for another godlfish setup too! Smiley There are many more varieties I'd like to keep! Cheesy

I worked it out to hold about 320 L.
Do any of you if there are tall 4 foot tanks that can hold 300L?

About 316L C: Mine has completely different measurements but is very much the same size! Smiley
It's 317L and it's about 130x46x53cm.

Hm yeah thats what I was thinking.
So yours is practically 4 foot long and holds the same amount of water as a 6 foot.
Maybe I am better off trying to find a shorter one then. But if this one goes for $200 it is going to be hard to resist Tongue
Even though my parents are going to kill me for spending nearly $200 on fish and plants already in the past 2 weeks Roll Eyes

I'd say that a long tank has it's advantages, but they take more space of course, no question about that Smiley Still though, if you can get it for 200, I'd say GO FOR IT! Wink More oxygen for the fish Smiley And goldfish like swimming back and forth more than up and down Smiley

Unfortunately no!
The only place in the house where I can put it is downstairs and that is being renovated until April!
So in the meantime I have got my eye out for a new 4 foot tank Smiley
Lots of tanks on eBay around my way seem to go cheaply! So hopefully I will get something soon.
