Sounds like spawning.  Which is normal behavior for fish.  I wouldn't worry too much.  Some of my females even lose a few scales during the spawning chase. The female, if she is full of eggs will expell them and then the male fish will fertilize them with his milt.  If you want to raise the fry then you probably would have to remove the eggs to a different tank as the fish usually will eat thier eggs and newly hatched fry. White spots on the fishes gill covers mean they are male.  They could have white spots down their pectoral fins also.   If white spots like fine grains of salt show up all over the fishes tail and body then that is an outbreak of ich.

Thanks ya'll.   Kissy is slim like the boys.  She's smaller than them so I was afraid they were picking on her for being tiny.     Can  Kissy be seriously injured from the spawning?   I don't like her being sad  but I dont want them to hurt her either.    Do fish have a cycle like cats & dogs?   I don't  need to  have babies  now because I'm still learning about caring for adult goldfish  it would be very careless &  irresponsible   of me to let them mate  I also  don't want them to  make eggs then eat the poor things.   I've never saw goldfish eggs before so I wouldnt know what to look for.    After I'm properly educated  on  fish fry  I'd  attempt  it  as my oldest daughter wants to  breed them  for  a school  project.   
I thought of Ick  when I 1st saw the bumps  & as I was reading through this forum I read the 1 about fish gender & saw the pics of the  gills  That's what  3 of mine have ( my daughter had already diagnosed them as tubercles lol) .

And yes, Kissy could actually get pretty stressed from the males' spawning behavior, especially if many of them are chasing her, but if you notice that, just separate them, like you did.
By the way, you don't need to worry about having goldfish babies, because the goldfish will eat the eggs AND the possible babies unless you'd separate those as well. And there's nothing wrong with that, it's natural goldfish behavior! The eggs will simply look like a bunch of small jelly balls, about the size of a pin head Forgot if they were amber or more white, I think I've heard of both cases...

I put Kissy back in with her friends  last night so far they're behaving .  She's so happy to be back with them.  They spent the  night dancing for me & are enjoying a game of bubble bash right now.     Planning their move into 55 gal. tank this weekend  water quality is great today  just want to make sure it maintains  the levels for another 24 hours.  I'm going to move the biggest  1st  wait 12 hours(water test) then move another ; next day move 2 more in wait 12 more hours (water test) then move final fishy into new home.   Does this sound like an adequate plan or  do I need to change it?  Please advice me in correct method of introduction  to new bigger home.   They have 1 more move to make after this  when they're "mansion" arrives  so I'll use the same method  both times. &  for the   newbie fish  when they're ready for  "permanent" residence.

I have done as Nossie suggests and added a small bit of gravel and water from the current tank to aid in the propagation of new beneficial bacteria. Your tank is so colourful I love it!
