You need to get bigger tank!!! 10 gallons or 40 liters per goldfish!!!! That is ammonia burn you way overcrowded you're tank!!!!!

Do some big water changes. around a 2 liter water change and do that like twice a day untill you get a bigger tank. that will calm down the amnonia and your fish will get halfway better.

Fantailer is right, you need a way larger tank. To save your fish you should relocate them ASAP! They are poisoning themselves with their own waste and will not live much longer unless you do something fast. It is recommended to do weekly 50% water changes on a suitable sized tank. Testing the water will also help you to maintain a safe tank when you set up the new one. Also make sure you aren't over-feeding as that can cause even more ammonia from uneaten food.

10 liters isn't changing anything. Get yourself a 100 liter tank for your fish, and don't even consider putting any more than two goldfish in there.

Yep, 10 litres is still way too small. Contrary to popular belief, goldfish are not intended to live in such tiny spaces, which is why most people have their fish pass away so quickly.
