I'm so sorry for both of you That's terrible

Yesterday, my calico fantail, Fläkkis passed away :'c he was one of my very first own fish...
Same thing happened to him as to Popo, suddenly he was just floating around on his side, barely swimming. I was looking really closely, if he had swallowed any gravel, if hi scales protruded... anything! But not a sign of illness, he just died.

I lost Finn last week, my young orange/white oranda, I had him for about 3-4 months and he was really getting big, his wen even started growing.  I went away one weekend after having been fighting off an ick infection for a few days prior...unfortunately the infection took over in only 2 days and killed him.  I got really attached to this fish for some reason, he was super friendly and I love his little imperfections, he had a bent tail fin.  I'm still not really over it, I like my other fish but he was def my favorite...  Here's a pic, he's the one on the right, this was taken when I first got him

Letsee if I can list all that have died on me. Some where in bowls some where not. One of the fair fish are still alive Galaxy of course.

R.I.P Bucky whogot swim bladder and was eaten.
R.I.P Titan the l who died against the force of the vase
R.I.P Galaxy the l, Comet and the No Name Fish who all died for different reason in a two weeks time from being taken away from the fair.
R.I.P Fish the l, Fish the ll and Fish the lll ended their lonely life in a chlorine acccident.
R.I.P Splish and Splash who were buddies from the begining but their 2 gallon tank couldn't sustain them.
R.I.P Puerto Rico the first pet my family had he died at old age at 3 years old

i miss my little adolph, the oranda with the mustache  i'm actually glad he died when i was away and the girl watching him flushed him; i would've been really really sad to see my baby boy dead, i think i might've cried

Even though it's been over a year I would like to remember my first fish, Michael-Quincy, a beautiful red oranda.  He died due to my ignorance and I like to think that thanks to him I have educated myself and now provide a good home for his siblings.  Michael-Quincy will soon be "immortalized" in a tattoo on my rib cage and back. R.I.P. Mikey-Q

Ok it has take me a while to do this but;
 I would like do dedicate this post to my beautiful shubunkin Worf! He is gone but not forgotten!  

I hate losing fish, it is such a loss but no-one ever understands. 

I woke up this morning to find my little Ryukin dead

What happened? was it those bumps?

To those of you who have lost beloved fish, please accept my sympathies. I had hoped I wouldn't have to post here, however, I woke up to find I had lost Sherbert. She has always had problems swimming and was with me for over 3 years. Last night she seemed a little off, but I didn't think to much of it, because she has never been very active. Unfortunatly she was called to the great fish heaven above.
RIP sweet girl, you will be missed dearly.

Thank you Nossie   Someone posted above, (and their right) non-fish owners feel "their just fish", but for those of us who own them, they become part of the family just like the other pets we own. They have personalities too, and I will miss her.
Your's and the others kindness means a lot.

I am soooo sorry for your lose orandagirl. I also thought I would not have to post on here again but I found Roger dead a few days ago. R.I.P Roger my beautiful butterfly plec.
