Introducing My Fish :)

Hi everyone
Just joined, and I thought I'd start off by introducing my fish. I currently have 9 fancies (4 telescopes, 3 orandas, 1 ryukin and 1 fantail) in a 110 gal tank and I'm awaiting a 5 gal Fluval Chi, which I will be setting up for a male betta. Here are some pics of my current tank and my goldies, thanks for looking

Hey, nice tank, beautiful fish, great pics...
I especially like the fantail with the colour on the fins and tail... and just a quick question... are they different coloured plastic bags (or similar) on the back of the tank?... if so, what a great idea,
it makes an interesting backdrop for your fish. Cheers > Ron.

Thanks for the lovely compliments, Ron
The background is just strips of tissue paper glued to a piece of plain brown wrap, makes for very inexpensive backgrounds for the tank, since I like to redecorate often, lol

Love, love, love the tank!! It's really beautiful with a fresh look thanks to the light blues!
The backdrop idea is very fun!! I just have a plain blue poster on the back xD
Your fish are so beautiful too! How long have you had the tank and the fish?
I'd love it if you'd tell us more!

OH MY GOSH THAT IS AN AWESOME TANK!!!
Think I'm gonna steal your idea about the tissue paper
If I was a fish I would want to live in
there
.
That red and white ryukin is my personal favorite out of the bunch. Or the blue orandas. Or the telescopes. Or the orandas. Or the calico...

Thanks guys
I've just been into fishkeeping for a year and a half; I started out with a 70 gal with 6 fancies, and a 40 gal with 3 rescued single tails. In Sept, I lost my fancies when I added some plants
and my single tails moved to the 70, which left the 40 empty. I found my 2 biggest black teles as babies (1 inch) in mid Sept, as our local Wally World was closing down their tanks. They were the last 2 left, one was floating, one was bottom sitting, but they perked up and grew like crazy once they got into the 40 gal
In March, I found my single tails a new home w/5 ponds and a few weeks later I found this tank, used, on our local e-classifieds. The rest of my fish came from my favorite store in April/May. Ziggy (my red and white ryukin) is the only one who was larger when I got him, the rest were all tiny babies

How nice! Great to hear that you've always been providing more than enough space for your goldfish even if you haven't kept them for that long
Most people start with a bowl and f goldfish or something, so it's refreshing with a little change!

Thanks for all of the nice comments, this is sure a friendly forum
Here's another background I really liked, but the green didn't photo well, pulled too much yellow tone with the plants and gravel, had to edit pics and it doesn't show the fish's true colors:

what a gorgeous tank!!! I am a newbie as well and I love to see the pictures of other people's tanks. I would call myself a novice fish owner, I owned fish when I was younger but it is becoming more of a serious hobby now. keep up the wonderful work, your fish look happy as can be

That's a beautiful tank, I particularly like the last pic of the fish around the "vortex". That background is fab. And they have plenty of room to shoal around the tank. Very cool!
Do you have any video?
