Sol died today. Cry It all started two days ago when Sol got his head stuck in the filter. I stopped the filter and he got out and acted and ate no different. Then yesterday he was also fine.

But this morning I found him floating dead on top of the tank!!!!! Cry

Does anyone know how Sol couldve died?

It may have just been the stress of the past event, but I'm really sorry to hear about Sol's passing. Please accept my sympathies Sad

Really sorry Sad Those sudden deaths are always really strange... I lost Freya recently, she had choked on a rock that I managed to remove, I even separated her for a few days in the quarantine tank, but two weeks after the event I found her dead in the plants :/ I have no idea what might have happened...

Nossie oh no!!! Freya was so pretty. RIP.

Oh and thank you for the sympathy.

orandagal I did add a amnoia (Icant spell that word) tester that stays in the water and tests all the time a week before Sol died its the most recent thing. The wierd thing is he died the morning of a water change.

I almost feel better though if they don't have to be sick and suffer for days, maybe weeks before they go, but I do prefer a reason... *_*
