JUWEL BIOFLOW 400 FILTER

Hi all just set up my new tank which is a Juwel Rekord 800 with an internal filter Juwel Bio Flow 400.I have read that charcoal is no good for goldies so sholud I remove the charcoal part of the filter and if so what should I put in its place.The filter has from top down,1 x wool,1 x charcoal,1 x Nitrate sponge green,1 x filter sponge blue ?

swap your charcoal for ultra activated carbon, and your fish will be happy
