This spring i plan on trying to find a tosakin goldfish. think they are so interesting.
 the redhead ranchu in the last 2 photos is someone i met onlines fish. I might get lucky during spring if his offspring spawn (he is 11 so he doesnt breed any longer) the gentleman said he would let me get some of the babies. This ranchu i fell in love with on first sight, threatened to drive to new york and steal it from him lol.

so these are the fish i am searching for as of now. sure i will find more i want in future lol.

Lol cute creatures. Yeah my babies are some of my dream fish now I have them so I want to get more dream fish, I  am greedy that way lol.
The guy that is sending me the baby Orandas also had baby longfinned albino bristlenose fish and he sent me 4 of the baby ones. Found these photos of a adult male online. Was wary of putting one with goldies but from what I have read on here sounds like they safe.

I went to Petsmart today and all their fish are so sick!
I bought a sick one out of pity
I know you've all been there and done that.
I'm sure I will be taking his poor dead, sick body back to the store next week.
ARGH...why do I do this to myself!

Nossie that green pleco, I've never seen such an incredible pattern! Pappy, veiltails are so pretty! I've never seen any around here but good luck in your search! I hope all of you get your wish someday  

Nossie: I've never seen anything like that pleco!! I didn't know something like that existed, it's very surreal looking! Those Oscars are the exact type my boyfriend's brother has! Why don't you live here and he could give you some babies? 
Haha. I love mudskippers so much. One of the fish shop I go to has one in a salt water tank with other cool fish. I would prefer to have one set up so it could come out like a mangrove setting with brackish water. That is the same type of tank the crab would need to, it it just very unfortunate that those two animals would not work together at all!!

Minde: Have you looked into getting one from goldfish connection? I'm sure you've talked about this before  Or seeing if your fish shop could order one in for you? I hope your new fishie friend ends up ok, it has ALOT of hope with you. I could never do that, I don't have the skills or strength. You're just so wonderful for doing it

I live in Michigan and after yesterday seeing all those poor fish shipped into Petsmart, and your brislenoses arriving dead, I'm scared to have anything shipped right now.  The weather has turned to freezing or just above.  You say your postal worker was careless with your fish!...mine would probably play kick the can with it!!

Nossie: I'm pretty sure he is trying to breed them or already has.

Oh yes, those! I love them! <3 (I seem to have a thing for the less beautiful fish lately xD)
There is also another type of gurami called Giant gurami, but it grows to be 10cm I wonder who picked the name for that one xD

Dwarf gouramis should be about 7cm I think (but I do get confused sometimes) but either way it's strange having two gouramis in such different size classes being called "giant"! xD

Tell me more about the teeth! What did they look like?
