Here are a couple of photos of my new fish, Freya, she's the most gorgeous thing I've seen around here, and I'm so happy to have her!! Cheesy

There's also a better pic of my pleco, Bogdan aka. Danny Cheesy He's 14cm big now Wink Growing like a madman!!

Thank you!! Smiley Once I'll get a better camera the colors would probably be brighter, just like it really looks in the tank! The background isn't as dark as it looks! D8

as far as calculating age goes, my betta Athena is probably my most accurate guess - I'm thinking between 1 1/2 and 2 years.

It has happened earlier that I've seen a scale or two sparkling in the water for a moment... was thinking about somehow catching them and trying to check the age there.. Cheesy

That's so cool! Cheesy I heard that you could tell the age by the ridges on the scales or something of the sort, but never actually thought about it.
