My "Clown Ranchus"

Hi All, 
Here are some pictures of my calico ranchus.
They are from Goldfish connection.com
I now have 38 goldfish!
I call these guys my "clown" fish! Cheesy

Hahahahah...they are all not in my house Grin
Remember I have 2 ponds, so about half are outside in the ponds. Grin
I have a 90 gallon freshwater tropical tank. Angel fish, cichlids, clown loaches, cory cats and plecos.
75 gallon oranda tank.
55 gallon ryukin and Egbert tank.
30 gal ranchu tank
30 gallon ranchu tank
20 gallon goldfish tank
and a 10 gallon hospital/quaratine  tank.

The Ranchus are about 4 inches. Just babies still.
Have to put them in a bigger tank when they mature. Cheesy
All my fish are still alive and doing great!
I did lose 3 pond fish this year. 2 died of I believe old age, they were 15 and remember Smidget? The teeny tiny goldfish that never grew more than an inch?  Well he committed suicide when i put him back out in the pond this year.  Cry  He just jumped out of the pond but I saw him doing flips.  He was outside all last year, no problem.  poor Smidg. RIP Smidget!

Wow. How do care for all thoses fishes?  You must have a system to keep on top of it.

Yes, I have a routine.  I clean filters once a month and do 50% or more water changes once a week.
I test my water frequently and try not to overstock. If I do i can always start up another tank, Roll Eyes as I have 4 in storage. Tongue
I have been keeping goldfish for a long time.  When I was 4 years old my mom and dad surprised me with 2 tiny goldfish in a bowl and that was it for me, I was hooked and I've never been without  goldfish my whole life. Cheesy

They adorable I love them, (as u know lol)
Minde and i good friends and I will let you all know she has more pics of ranchus coming because I am an MTS enabler and talked her into buying some more form Ken last night lol. Shocked
