No worries, he's cute like our Barbarossa.... as I mentioned before,
Bubba and Barbarossa could be twins, haha

Hi ok777,
did your cousin take the bowl too? If she puts Spaz in a tank you may ask for the bowl to be returned and put Bubba in.
He deserves better than a drinking glass sized container.... even if many think this is perfect. I don't believe in this.
Our Barbarossa lives in a 34 l tank, ... ok, later we gave him company with the Neons and Corys. But the Corys are bottomdwellers and the Neons are tiny, they swim in a shoal in the middle of the tank. So Barbarossa has 90 % of the space provided for himself.
He loves rocking on plant leaves or swimming underneath the riccia to come out and get his food almost out of my hand.

Bubba wouldn't have stress at all, he's more stressed with the frequent water changes you must do because the glass is so small.
But... didn't you learn by now that goldfish should NEVER EVER be kept in a bowl
That they need a proper tank with all the equipment we talked about in the last 2-3 days....
I also gave you a couple of more links to look up and read through....

Fish usually try to jump out of the tank if there's something wrong with the water quality.
Might be time to do a little water test?

That sounds nice
I bet he'll be much happier in a more natural environment
And it's always good to provide hiding places for your fish! They'll feel more secure even if they won't really be hiding in them
