red cap oranda!! please help

ok today after i came home from school my red cap oranda scales seem as though they are missing. The tail is not as pretty as it used to be and he floats on the top sad. please help! what does he have? or is he being bullied?
he lives with a black moor and a ryukin fish.

His tail is torn, in other words? Then it might just be fin rot, which isn't that difficult to get rid of once you'd start treating.
But if you said that some scales are missing too, it's not impossible that he might be bullied by your other fish... is he new? And did you notice any such behavior?

well, he really doesnt like to be around other fish. When my black moor gets near he quickly swims away. I was hoping it would be fin rot because i do have the medicine for it. Maybe if i can i will post pictures of him. right now he is in the hospital tank by his lonesome. and to be honest it looks as thought he is a bit happier.  Grin

Ah, as long as the treatment is having effect on him it's all good (:

I read that it would be easier to introduce the fish to eachother if you would put all of them in the main aquarium at once! Then they're be on a similar newbie level Wink Later of course, when you'd put him back (:

okay so i put them all back together. there the three amigos again! haha but right now he still looks a bit sick i bought some medicine so i hope this works out... Undecided

i have great news!!!! toshi is back to health!!  Grin Cheesy he looks sooooo healthy now (= i added a bamboo to my aquarium as well (= and some moss
