Ok. So today I was walking through PetCo to get a bigger bowl for Athena, as well as new food and decorations - then I made the mistake of walking past PetCo's selection of bettas. And I saw.....  ....... the most GORGEOUS betta! He's a rich royal blue, and is a beautiful butterfly HalfMoon! He is so pretty! I couldn't resist getting him, so I decided to just get a 2 gallon bowl and this beauty and nothing else - I couldn't have anyway, as the betta cost $14.

I named this buddy Panda - I don't really know why, but it really fits him. (for me anyway) I love him to pieces!

  I know what you mean, I walked in to get some breeding grass because my Platy is going to have another set of fry shortly and I decided to look at the Bettas, and fell in love with Lucky. Naturally, I had to buy him his very own tank and beautiful decoration for him to sleep in. He's not really one to eat, but I guess he'll come around. He ate his pellet sometime after I went to bed and then I gave him another one this morning and he hasn't eaten it as of yet. CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW BABY!!!!1
