While I have started my new 30G tank and wait for it to be set up and cycled Kara is still swimming in her 10G.

Yes, she is adorable considering the fact that I bought her as a feeder fish.

Well, all goldies are adorable, regardless! But that is quite an unsual circumstance, considering you did buy her as a feeder fish, and we never would have thought she would have that gorgeous tail!

It happened by accident. Kara is our third fish, previously I purchased two small faintails but unintentionally I lead them to their death - the tank not cycled, lack of expertise in dealing with stressed fish, etc. So I decided to go this time with a cheaper fish and wanted a common - now after more than 6 months I am more aware of the fish keeping. So now she is enjoying her stay in her tank. In a month time she will be transferred to a bigger tank.
