Minde, I won the first 4 on auction that ended few weeks ago. Ken had let me put off having them sent so I could look at next auction and would only have to pay shipping once. But he had family emergency last week and had to put off auction till this past Sunday. Only fish I got from this auction is the last crown pearl in photos that i did instant buy (first time I ever sprung for instant buy). Andrea, I have a 90 gallon, 75 gallon, 40 gallon (12 yr old daughters will be upgrading to a 55 soon)a 20 gallon and a 10 gallon setup. I have 2 -55 gallons a 40 gal and 3- 10 gallons off to side waiting if I need them which I don't quite yet and setting up a 10 fir the little ranchu Maycee (5 yr old) wanted for Xmas. I plan on selling some of them can get another tank in a snap on craigslist and i havd product that i have great success with cycling my tanks within 2 days So when I count my fish I have at 10 gallons per fish almost exactally the room I need can actually fit one more (this is all including new ones). I do water changes every 3-5 days depending on tank. I have Filteration on 90gal that is good for up to 245 gallon so more then double. On 75 have enough for 210 gallons. And all other tanks have at least double filtration needed. As for being rich lmao. Not quite my husband is a master sergeant in the air force so we do ok but by no means even upper middle class. I have used only money I have earned buying tanks, filters, decorations ect for cheap on craigslist then I clean them up piece them out and make them look great. Then I sell them for profit have always made at least double to quadruple money back. So except for the original set of tanks and equipment I bought for $150 the $150 Eric spent on the 90 gallon he bought for bday and this last fish I am getting for xmas, all other fish and equipment have come from profits I have made on craigslist. That is only reason he ok with all of this. I used to gave horrible insomnia and had to take sleeping pills. Well since I put tank in bedroom I haven't needed any. So that helps him accept also lol. Hope that answers all you guys you questions hope I didn't miss any. Sent from my iPhone

Aimee, So sorry for the loss of your cousin, really that is so sad. May he rest in peace. He sounds like a wonderful and brave person. I hope somehow you can find peace in all this. It's a terrible tragedy and I feel so bad for his children. May your family somehow find peace and comfort. Sorry for the misunderstanding of the fish you won LAST auction...that certainly clears up the cobwebs in my head. You probably mentioned it and it went right over my head somehow. Darn I was hoping maybe Ken would make me a good deal like I thought you got! All my tanks are used! I love used tanks. I have fixed up tanks too and resold them. This last one I got free from someone just wanting to get rid of it and everything. Said she didn't think the hobby was for them. That's one place I don't have a tank, is the bedroom....now you are giving me ideas..

Well I did it! I bid on some fish from Ken's auction on Goldfish connection. The reason? Because I am sick of getting sick fish at petstores and actually shipping these 3 fish was cheaper than my 1 1/2 hour drive to the petstore. The fish were $15-$25 which is less than I would pay at the pet store too. They are being shipped over nite air. So tomorrow morning they will be delievered. I've never done this before and am as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof! LOL! Ken is really very very nice and all his fish come guaranteed. He personally calls you after the auction to set up a time that is suitable to you to receive the fish. So far I am nothing less than impressed! Thank you Aimee for walking me through this and holding my hand!! For the countless instant messages answered and the questions through PM on here, I am truly grateful. Well if you are curious here are pictures of my new fish...
