I'm just setting up Bobbi's new aquarium...it's a 30 gallon.  Then in a few weeks Bobbi will have a new fish friend.
I just finished sanding, staining and varnishing the pine stand for the aquarium.  Just finished washing the gravel off.  When the varnish is dry  I can bring the stand up to the computer room and set the aquarium up!  I can't wait and Bobbi is waiting patiently in her 16 gallon tank! Wink
Thanx for all the kind words to Bobbi!  I think she is beautful and soo friendly...but of course I'm predjudice. Grin

Well since we got the aquarium stand looking so nice, I decided that the computer room now needs to be painted before we set the aquarium all up!  LOL!  This is turning out to be quite a project!  All for one fish too! Cheesy

Nothing wrong with spoiling our fish.  They deserve a great life cuz they give us so much pleasure!
I just read that keeping fish brings measurable health benefits, which include, lowering blood pressure and stress levels- and can promote a higher quality of life.

Thats the hardest thing I think. I mean, I thought Sonorus was a boy, but she never showed any signs of pimples, which usually happens when males are all ready to spawn. or maybe my fish is a transvestite..

LOL! No she doesn't even eat her eggs she lays.  But yes, she is as big as my hand and her mate, Thor is even bigger! Smiley  There are 2 , 1 inch baby orandas in with them and they don't bother them.  They all live quite peacefully. Wink

Hello Bobbi!  What a pretty fishie you are!
And I'm not surprised at tranvestite fish.  I'm pretty sure Spot and Sunshine are gay. Smiley
