Just paste the url of the video into your post and it will automatically show up in the forum. This will work with photobucket, google video, metacafe, youtube, and most of the other video hosting websites too. Don't try to upload your video as an attachment as that will probably not work.  Attachments should only be used to attach pictures.  I recommend you upload your video to youtube and post a link of the video back here to the forum.
