a few days ago I noticed our 2 goldfish started to have some kind of white stuff allover their body's (like fur) 1 fish has bloody streaks all over the body and the eye is larger than the other fish. both fish tails are thin and splitting fins are disapearing. We have changed the tank WATER, gravel and removed a ship which we 1st put in. What else can we do?

You could safely keep the decorations and the gravel in the tank! This is a fungal infection and is easily treated with a good medication (: Ask for a good medication that deals with fungal infections!
But you might also want to treat your fish with antibiotics such as Melafix since it seems that there could be a bacterial infection involved considering the bulging eye and the fin rot.
Try feeding them with some medicated food as well just to be on the safe side about the eye! It's difficult to treat internal infections otherwise. Just ask for these things in the pet store and it'll be alright (:
Just asking, when did you get the tank? And are you familiar with the cycling process?

Okay, good! (: Please ask in the shop if it's safe to combine the fungus medicine with Melafix! Just to be certain.

Sounds to me as if they have fin rot as well....
I would combine Melafix with Pimafix and as Nossie already said ask in your pet store or ask a vet.
and please check your water parameters: Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, pH
