Around where I live we hope the zoo can do vet care on a goldfish. We dont have fish vets.

That's handy fantailer, incase you ever need it. I am lucky to have a vet in Dallas, he specializes in koi but will see other fish as well. And he makes house calls.

Haha Goldie and Cheri I know what you guys mean. About people not understanding.
Most people already know I'm nuts, but when I start talking about the fish? XD Haha! Most people just accept it these days.
I have had an obsession with fish and aquatic life for a few years now, it's only gotten worse since actually owning goldfish.

Oh Cheri, if you don't mind me asking, does your vet have an e-mail?
I'm on a bit of a mission, helping out a member on another forum I belong to, to find out the truth about some of these goldfish stunting myths and decided to try and e-mail every fish vet or marine biologist with goldfish experience, I could possibly find! If you could help me out that would be great!
