Last year, I got some plants from a chain store and even though I did a bleach dip, I ended up losing my first fancies   I didn't intend to add plants again, but I was at my favorite store and they had some, individually packaged, grown in Canada and guaranteed to be free of everything nasty, lol.  They are Anubias Barteri var. nana petit.   Kept them in a tub and did 2 bleach dips before adding them to the tank; better safe than sorry   Got some new lights bulbs for plant growth, which really changed the look of the tank and fish, colors are much more vivid.  Between that and the wonderful photo tips from Ron, thought I'd share a few more pics

Thanks   The plants have already started to grab on to their rocks, so far so good!  I'm pleased with how these pics turned out, the tank is very thick glass and had some scratches when I got it, so it makes it a bit more of a challenge

Sadly, my two moors died :/ One got dropsy, and the other seemed to not get enough food. I'm pretty sure he died from lack of nutrition followed by disease :C
I don't think they could keep up with the orandas and fantails too well, so I've decided that as soon as I can get my claws into some small 20-30 gallon, that'll be a home for some moors

That's great! Glad it's working out I was never too lucky with moors, tried to keep a few when I was younger, but they simply died the second day after bringing them home usually... >>
