Baby Brine Shrimp?

Ok, so I have guppies (not goldfish), and one of my friends owns goldfish. I wanted to know if I could give her some baby brine shrimp because her goldfish only eat flakes and flakes and flakes and- (you get the point). I also feel super bad for them because she keeps four comet/common goldfish in a filtered 10 gallon, even though I keep telling her she needs to get an 80 gallon or something that is at least the bare minimum. But she always argues with me that her fish are "really happy". Anyways, can goldifish eat baby brine shrimp? I read somewhere that they can't digest it, but I don't know.

Yaeh Iknow you already know about the tanks. Yeah they can eat brine shrimp.

Goldfish can eat pretty much any live foods and any vegetables. Try to encourage her to at least feed them some peas every once in a while Smiley

(I do hope they'll die soon though, so they don't have to be crammed in that tank anymore...)

Strangely enough, she's actually kept them alive for at least 4 months.  Undecided

4 months is nothing, they'll start kicking the bucket one at a time once they're stunted/poisoned enough really Undecided
A 40 gallon would be the absolute minimum for these fish, would she listen to that at least? (Since it's a tad smaller than an 80?)
It's so very cruel to just assume they're thriving in there just because they're surviving.

sometimes people just wont listen until the **** hits the fan... and when it does I suppose we will be hearing from her on this forum then. cheers fishlovers...
