Well I can tell you what the matter is roughly straight away and it is the fatc that you changed the full tank probably destroying all the good bacteria and making the cycle start again which will expose your fish to toxic water!
You should never do a 100% water change! You can do this in a somewhat safe if necessary by not touching the filter and adding extra beneficial bacteria, yet your tank may still go through another mini cycle which will mean you may have to do several water changes.
There is probably ammonia present causing the whitish haze. Do you test your water? Do you know about the nitrogen cycle? It is very important you learn about it, there is a great post about in this forum.
Now what you have to do!
*Test your water (you can get this done for free at your local fish shop or buy your own liquid test kit)
*Do water changes according to these results, most likely a 50-80% one every day until you see no traces of ammonia or nitrites.
* Buy some beneficial bacteria, it will really help with the cycle and may save your fish
*You could also treat with some aquarium salt or melafix/pimafix but it is much more important you sort out your water quality first.
It would be helpful if you answered the questions in that link but is also important you act immediately and never do a full tank change ever again! It is best to do 40-70% ones each week or fortnight depending on your water results

Congratulations, you have completely restarted your tank cycle. Now your fish have to bathe in ammonia for a few weeks.
Follow Andrea's advice and you might be able to save them.
Please, please change 40-50% of the water every second day for a while, and add plenty of beneficial bacteria!!
