HULLO! Here's Noss again

Right now I'm quarantining two beautiful little pearl scale children A red one, and a red/white one
They're the smallest goldfish I ever had!! Just two small, small balls <3 They're at most 2cm long.

I noticed that their fins are quite torn and all, since they arrived to the shop just yesterday.
Needless to say, I'm treating them for fin rot, and during this time, I'll be feeding them the anti-bacterial medical food pre-soaked (THANK YOU, MINDE!! ). They're both really perky and active otherwise, so I don't think this will be too hard to treat.

Just thought it might be a good idea to keep a little "journal" about the treatment... just to make absolutely sure they'll be good. You all know how it ended with Claymore when I thought everything was under control

Water (for common decency):
Temp: 21.2 degrees Celsius (I'll install my mini-heater)
pH: 7.5
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10

Photos will come as soon as the two are healthy

My children are doing great!! I fed them once a couple of hours ago, I soaked and crushed some medicated food, and they ate like crazy I do feel like they'll recover for sure! All fins are up!

I wasn't so lucky with a big and beautiful Pearl scale. She/he only lived for a week and passed on.

As for today's update, still seem to be acting normally and active Thought I saw some improvement in some of the rips, but who knows? d:
Both are still eating without issues and seem really perky

No changes in water quality,
pH = 7.5
ammonia = 0 (OR COULD IT BE 0.25?!?! Hard to tell.)
nitrite = 0
nitrate = 10

I also decided to add a small photo! They have two silk plants with them in the orb for now as well, they're just not visible from this angle The one in the front is actually much smaller than the second one, and... I haven't decided any names yet

Yes I am There was some special water treatment for the biOrb that works against fin rot and bacterial infections, so I thought I'd try it out. I certainly hope it'll work... otherwise I'll get the good ol' bactopur that I'm used to Got some salt in there too

The little one has all the fins ragged except the dorsal, while the bigger one pretty much only has half the tail a bit torn.

Thank you, girls! If you'd only see them swimming! They're at least 10 times cuter then! And imagine as they're chasing the food around fiercely, those little tails flapping side to side

I was awfully busy today so I didn't test the water D: But I will early tomorrow So far I noticed that the fins are healing so well! The biggest tears are gone by now, only some small traces are visible on the very edges

Awww they are soo cute, I wish them to get big and fat too and to see lot's of photos of that Good to hear they are getting better. Don't call them those names for too long or they will stick, unless you want them to of course
